Features and Applications of Power Soft Magnetic Ferrite Cores January 6,2020.

The ferrite core is composed of iron oxide (Fe2O3) and one or more other metals (such as manganese, zinc, nickel, magnesium) oxides or carbonate compounds. Ferrite raw materials are pressed, and then passed through Sintered at a high temperature and finally machined to produce a finished magnetic core that meets the needs of the application. Compared with other types of magnetic materials, ferrite has the advantages of high magnetic permeability and high resistance over a wide frequency range and small eddy current loss.
