What is encapsulated power transformers?

Encapsulated transformer is one type of electronic transformer, the basic features of electronic power encapsulated transformer are dustproof and waterproof, non-encapsulating transformers can only be installed indoors or in machinery. However, encapsulated transformers have widely applications, such as smart meters, smart collection terminals, household appliances, instruments, communication instruments , medical apparatus and other fields.

We produce and design various EE/EI/UI series low frequency encapsulated transformers with insulation class B properties. Especially suitable for printed circuit boards. When we manufacturing small transformers (below 15kVA power) encapsulated transformer, we use class 180 insulation system with a standard temperature rise of 115d℃.

The main features of electronic encapsulated transformers

Low-power high-quality silicon steel manufacturing, with lower no-load loss, high ratio, the temperature rise small and so on. Electronic encapsulated transformer products are pin-type housing with mounting holes. The input voltage to meet the requirements of different regions, there are 380V, 240V, 230V, 220V, 115V, 110V, 100V. Also it is based on specific customer requirements and design.

9.Insulation resistance：Insulation capabilities from the core and between the transformer windings.

10.Dielectric strength: Transformers in 1 second or 1 minute withstand the specified voltage level.
