1.First of all, when the miniature voltage transformer is working normally, its magnetic flux density will be close to the saturation value to a large extent. When the micro voltage transformer breaks down, we should also pay attention to its magnetic flux density is decreased. For the miniature current transformer, when it is in normal operation, we will find that the magnetic flux density is relatively low. When it is short-circuited, that is, because of the short-circuit current on the primary side, it will become relatively large, so that it will actually increase the magnetic flux density greatly, and sometimes, it will far exceed its own saturation value to a large extent.

2.Moreover, we should pay attention to the fact that the secondary side of the current miniature transformer is absolutely not allowed to open. Once the secondary side of the current transformer is open, the current on the primary side will all become magnetized current, which will cause over-saturation magnetization of the core, serious heating and even burn the coil. In addition, the secondary side of the current transformer approximates a short circuit when it works normally. To a large extent, the miniature voltage transformer can open the secondary side, but short circuit is not allowed. Because the internal impedance of the voltage transformer is very small, if the secondary circuit is short circuit, there will be a large current, which will damage the secondary equipment and even endanger personal safety.

3.Miniature voltage transformers are basically directly inserted into the circuit board for use, and miniature current transformers belong to the multi-turn winding type, as well as through the heart and other two different ways of use, so inserted into the circuit board is relatively common.
