EE28 Transformer bobbin for the power supply module of the switching motor

EE28 automated PLC transformer bobbin . Our product is made of PM9823 material, featuring a low dielectric constant and tangent of dielectric loss Angle. At a high frequency of 1MHz, the dielectric constant of PM9823 is approximately 2.6-2.8, and the dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) is ≤0.002, which is much lower than that of traditional phenolic resin (dielectric constant 3.5-4.5) or common nylon (dielectric constant 3.0-3.5). This means that the material has a "small hindrance effect" on the electric field, which can reduce signal loss and heat generation during the operation of the transformer, especially suitable for high-frequency transformers (such as switching power supply transformers). High arc resistance and dielectric strength: The arc resistance time of PM9823 can reach over 120 seconds (UL94 standard), and its dielectric strength is ≥18kV/mm. It can withstand the instantaneous high-voltage impact during the operation of the transformer and avoid short-circuit faults caused by "insulation breakdown". Meanwhile, the material is less likely to form a carbonized layer under the action of an electric arc (carbonization will reduce insulation), and its insulation performance deteriorates slowly after long-term use.
